In this workout, you will use minimal fitness equipment and body weight exercises. You will train all aspects of fitness, including strength, endurance, balance, agility and more. Our fitness pros will assess your fitness level and personalize the workout according to your needs.
- Low impact equipment that increases strength and flexibility.
- We will show you how to achieve your fitness goals and to accommodate any limitations.
- 45-minute Lakeside Fitness Circuit for a total body workout for those busy days.
Important: 30-minute initial client evaluation before starting classes. Each session will have a maximum of 8 participants. All fitness levels are welcome, but some may require a physician’s release.
