I have been blessed with tremendous opportunities from providing you with fat loss solutions through my business, Lakeside Fitness, to being an instrumental part of the Turbulence Training team, working with Craig Ballantyne.

Not only is he an expert on fat loss, Craig is a major contributor to Men’s Health, Oxygen magazines and other leading sports and fitness magazines in the industry.

As my friend, mentor, and fitness commander he has provided me with the most up to date scientific research on exercise and fitness that has allowed me to stay ahead of the curve.

I have a proven track record of seeing results in individuals such as yourself who never thought it would be possible. I will help you to overcome those mental blocks as we take the first step to a healthy and active lifestyle and throughout your journey as you to reach your peak potential.

My Favorite Exercises –

Lunges! They really shape the glutes and hamstrings.
Pushups! These work so many muscles and there are so many varieties to choose from.

My focus is mainly on adults who are struggling to find ways to fit exercise into their busy lifestyles. I offer Corporate Training, Small Group Classes, and one-on-one Personal Training. You will find with my programs you don’t need a gym, or expensive equipment to get, fit and enjoy an active lifestyle.

My goal is to make a difference in your life by bringing an awareness of health and fitness through motivation, encouragement and guiding you as we take it one day at a time.

She has a 2 year Fitness Specialist Degree, TRX and Bootcamp certifications along with her ACE certification. Chris is dedicated to helping you achieve the results you desire with encouragement, energy and support.

JenniferTrainer | Body Transformation Specialist Becky Kohl – I have been a group exercise instructor for over 15 years and have found that I love inspiring others to live a healthier lifestyle. My undergraduate degree is in Kinesiology from UW- Milwaukee and I have my Doctorate from Marquette University in Physical Therapy. The love of helping others to be healthy and learning about how the human body works started young and my first training job was at the UW-Milwaukee dorms.

I have been a Sports Medicine Physical Therapist at Froedtert Sports Medicine since 2007, working with athletes of all ages. From very competitive sports like a high school football player recover after ACL surgery to helping a seventy year old man get back to golfing after hip surgery. Currently I am working very part time hours as my full time job is a stay at home mom. I have twin 4 year old girls and a crazy two year old boy that keep me very busy.

My passion is to help others become healthier and help their bodies continue doing what they love to do. Correct form and injury prevention are huge in working out, and I will be by your side making sure your workouts are safe and effective! But at the same time, I will push you to your limit that day so you will see the results of your hard work.

Becky’s philosophy is: “this is your workout. I’m here to make sure it is safe, effective, and to be motivational – you have to do the hard work!”


Trainer | Body Transformation Specialist – Anne Wick – I am a mother of two beautiful children, Owen (10) and Eloise (7). I married my high school sweetheart, and our family has lived in the lake country area for 6 years (Tosa transplants). I work as a nurse practitioner for ProHealth Care. As a nurse practitioner, I spend every day trying to model healthy behavior and encouraging my patients to make healthy choices, so this role as trainer is a natural fit for me.

I have been an avid athlete for most of my life, and love to try new exercises or sports. In addition to boot camp, I run and practice yoga regularly. It can often be a challenge to fit exercise into a busy schedule, but at some point several years ago, my attitude toward exercise shifted from being a “chore” that I had to do to being a privilege that I had the opportunity to do something productive for my mental and physical health. It became an easy choice to make exercise a priority because of how it made me feel. My goal as a trainer is to motivate you and to make exercise fun, so that it becomes something you look forward to and not something you dread.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family doing anything outdoors. We enjoy skiing (downhill and water), hiking, biking, snow shoeing, ice skating, paddle-boarding, kayaking, etc. I also love to travel and my life has been shaped by many of the incredible adventures I have had and the many, diverse people I have met.

Trainer | Body Transformation Specialist  – Dionne Wilhelm

I am excited to join the team of trainers at Lakeside Fitbody Bootcamp!  I have been attending Lakeside Fitness for about 3 years now.  When I started, I was coming off of a LONG stent of not working out regularly.  I struggled to find something that I could be consistent with.  And while I have been an athletic person most of my life, after having kids, I put my needs on the back burner.  Not prioritizing my health resulted in feeling over-stressed and out of shape.  But once I started attending boot camp at Lakeside, I discovered my “inner athlete” again and grew to love working out.  I saw how enjoying my workouts lead me to become more committed and ultimately lead to more results–both physically and mentally.  Endorphins can really make a difference in mood, energy levels, and attitude!

Being a mom is a true blessing but it can be exhausting and depleting, especially when you neglect to care for yourself.  A mom who cares well for herself can care well for her kids!

I come across so many people that say they hate exercise.  Many people lack the drive to workout because they think it is boring, too difficult, or too time-consuming.  Because I have seen so much benefit from regular exercise, I want to share this with others!  I want to help people find their love for movement and to discover the feeling of satisfaction when goals are set and reached.  Our bodies were made to move, not to be sedentary.  My hope is that I can inspire others to embrace a healthy lifestyle and find the joy of a healthy mind, body, and spirit.  My desire is to help others increase their confidence, achieve what they didn’t think was possible, and live a fuller life as they see the benefits of fitness and proper nutrition.

I live in Wales with my husband, Greg and three children–Sonya (10), Lydia (8), and Eli (6).   As a family, we enjoy camping, hiking, and swimming together in our pool.  My husband and I try to “escape” once and a while for coffee dates (Mama D’s is our fav!) and we love trying out new Bed and Breakfasts.  I like to cook and I enjoy finding different ways to make healthy food tasty!  If only my kids would agree!  I also work part time as a labor and delivery nurse and love what I do.  I look forward to getting to know more members at Lakeside and helping people enjoy their workouts and see results!

JenniferTrainer | Body Transformation SpecialistJennifer Schmit  is certified trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have two beautiful daughters, Emersyn and Taryn, and a wonderfully loving husband, Chris.

I have always been involved in athletics and been an avid athlete for most of my life; but never was in very good shape or health. I never took the time to take care of myself. After my first child and having some medical issues the doctors advised to make some changes if we were to have another child in fear that those medical issues would again arise. So three years ago I decided to give this thing called a boot camp a try. Holy cow….was that a rude awakening as to how out of shape I had become. After my second child and again more medical issues I decided it was time to focus on me because I was going down a path I really wasn’t enjoying. In September of 2014 I decided it was time to focus on my nutrition as the boot camp was still going great, but I wasn’t seeing the results I had envisioned. By the end of September my medical issues were gone and I began to lose weight. By April of 2015 I had signed up for my first 5k and was continuing to lose weight. My transformation has given me a new outlook on life, a more positive attitude and a love of life. It was after my first 5k that I decided that I had seen such success with both nutrition and fitness that I would pursue the training option as a possible new career endeavor. Fitness and health has now become my new life motivation.

My new found passion for helping people understand the importance of their health and well being has led me to become a trainer. I am enthused and excited to begin this journey of helping people help themselves have a more rewarding life.
